1) Watch tom and heery cartoom in a day for minimmu 20-30 min ( it will help ypu to make laugh and see it seriously and imagine you are child and then only you can enjoy it ,Laughing helps to keep stress away )
2- start trying to do surya namashkar minimu 3 in starting
3- Have minimum 7 hour sleep bro definetly it helps
4- try to ignore your sister and his acrivity it will keep you stress free
