You’ve really out done yourself brother!! The descriptions of night time scenes, the emotions of people - really well written! I could feel their nervous energy while reading! Good to know Erica, Renshu’s stats and where veer stacks up against them.

Thanks a lot mate. Yes! It was all for you guys. I left my hobby 'sketching' a few years ago because of lack of time. I wanted to show you guys how I imagine things. So, those sketches were a great medium to do so. I'm glad you liked it.

Veer has fought higher level system holders - so I did expect him to be nervous.

Just to be clear...! Veer has only fought Crimson. He didn't fought with any other system holder. Jaw Long is second.

But to feel fear against Jaw Long! That’s an interesting scenario. Beowulf - characteristically- wolf, jaw long - more like king of jungle - how will Veer outrun him! We all get used to feeling that nothing will happen to veer and then we get character like crimson and jaw long!

Anything can happen to Veer. Imagine you get powers like Veer. Then, after seeing wild animals up so close in the dark forest wouldn't instill fear in you? That's what happened with Veer. He has skills. But he never saw wild animals from such a close distance. Just a dog chasing a man can make him scream in fear. Imagine a panther now. And on top of that coyotes, wolves, antlers, eagle and even other animals.

Now you can get the gist of it.

More questions than answers! What does the burnt card mean?

What exactly is Jaw Long’s power with respect to animals here?can he control them, can he tame them, or communicate with them? Another possibility - can he tap into their bodies - see and feel what the animals do? This reminds me of Naruto manga character ‘Pain’ - how he could control dead bodies, had vision connected with them! If it’s something similar - that would be sick!

Sadly...! That would be too out of reality. Remember... I had tonnes of options to give overpowered skills to Veer. Immortality, X ray vision, controlling the dead, etc.
But did I give any of those to anyone?

Nope! This is where the story sets apart itself from the other stories. It gives you an idea that something out of the world logic is happening, but at the same time it instills the thought that everything is connected to the real world logics in a well manner.... where the later thought overpowers the former. (Because I focus on Veer's family too. That keeps all of this connected to the real world logics.)

Now, this whole foundation will break the moment I give skills to Veer which are too fantasy based. That's why... It's actually more tough for me to not come up with fantasy skills and stick to the 'if possible in real world' skills.

The point about Veer needing sleep to gain the points! How will he be able to do that with Jaw Long on his tail?

I mean... Think a bit... I could have increased the points... I could have showed you guys Veer with increased points fighting Jaw Long. Nobody would have pointed out that points don't increase just like that. A sleep is required to do so... People would have forgotten about that... Yet, I showed you and gave the details.

Because, I'm here to give my best. I don't like lackluster works. I aim for the perfection. There shouldn't be any mistakes when I'm crafting something (From my side.)

Veer has increased his points. However, they will only increase after a short nap or sleep. Sleep is a must. We'll see what happens next.

Erica may possibly join and help him re-group, but will that be enough? And what about Renshu in the meantime? Oh this is interesting as hell! 5 system holders in 1 chapter! By far the best you’ve written!

The better it is for you, the tougher it is for me. Showcasing each and every system holder's full status is one hell of a job. And, to come up with their unique skills, cards, and all is another headache. Not to mention designing those and editing the pictures.

Furthermore, to create a fight choreography based on their skills is another mind fucking task. And then to set up the premise is another one... I won't even go into the narration and dialogues. You can imagine that...! And, that's why it takes TIME!
